Wright Spa staff is going to be following these procedures to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Each client is required to wash their hands with soap and water before their treatment.
Wright Spa staff will wash their hands and wear new gloves for each new treatment.
Clients will be required to wear a mask.
Wright Spa staff will wear a mask during spa services.
All surfaces, tools and equipment will be wipes thoroughly with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each client.
We will social distance the spa stations.
GUEST LIABILITY RELEASE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS, LIMITATION OF WARRANTY. We all know that these are uncertain times. The risks of COVID-19 are not well understood and there is controversy among the experts on how the virus can spread and difficulty in scientifically determining whether anyone has the virus at any moment in time. In consideration for providing spa services, by checking the box below you agree to accept all responsibility for the risk that you may contract COVID-19. While we are taking the guests safety and the safety of our staff very serious, by implementing new safety and sanitation procedures, we cannot guarantee that any of these measures will completely protect you from contracting COVID-19. WRIGHT SPA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY ANY GUEST THAT VISIBLY PRESENTS SYMPTOMS AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
All reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. For Corporate, wedding and large party groups, please make reservation at least 14 days prior to the event.

Payment Method
Cash, Visa, and MasterCard are grandly accepted. If you need to write a check, we must receive the check before your appointment date. When you make your reservation, a credit card is required to reserve the appointment. Your credit card will be billed in full for services 1 day before your appointment. 13% HST will apply. Gratuities are not included in our pricing, but we appreciate 20% of gratuities.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum party booking starts at $300. You can send your deposit in the above mentioned ways, but alternatively can also use the online processor – PayPal. Custom Events and Packages for corporate, wedding and large party groups, please contact us for special quote details. Custom proposals quotes can usually be received within 24 hours. Traveling charges apply outside of Toronto. Parking charges will apply when paid public parking is required.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate another client. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a service charge of 50% will be charged to your credit card. Your appointment is a commitment of the therapist's time – if we do not receive your cancellation notification we will charge for the full price of the service reserved. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Clients under the age of 18 must have adult supervision and a waiver form signed by their parent/guardian.

Our Spa technicians will refuse a treatment if any of the following apply:

1. Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation.
2. Broken skin or lesions.
